6.) Blueberries and strawberries

(117lbs & 23.6% body fat)

Every morning, I expect something radical to happen. But nope, everything is hunky dory. Same-old, same-old. I woke up this morning feeling like I always feel most mornings - good, healthy, all right. I'm still full when I wake up; I haven't gotten to that place of being hungry upon awakening. Waking up hungry is supposed to be a good thing; it let's you know you're eating appropriately and your digestive system is in good working order. I almost never, ever, ever wake up hungry.

Energy-wise, I'm doing well but I do feel less energetic than usual. Still high energy, just not as high. The reduced amount of energy probably has more to do with my upcoming feminine cycle than it does with the change in my diet. As for skin quality, I'd give it two thumbs down. My mom brought up a good point though. She mentioned that my new diet can be flushing toxins out of my system, so with these toxins surfacing, my skin, at least initially, will be going through some changes. Hmmm...possibly.
